Interest Meeting: March 2, 2026 6pm - 7pm: Find out about Band and ask any questions you may have
Spring Training: May 5 and 7, 2026 5pm - 7:30pm
Signup for Band elective (Spring of 8th grade)
Summer Camp July 20-23, July 27-30 (scroll down for more info)
Uniform: Get fitted for uniform and shoes during Band Camp
Parents - Things to know
Go over to our parents page so that you know the time and money commitment that is marching band. It is very different from Middle School Band
Attend Band Boosters meeting to find out what is going on and how to get involved
If you're signed up for Band, go ahead and join the Band app where the Band director communicates to us (on the parents page)
Look for summer sales on stadium seats so you can be comfortable at the football games and competitions! (optional of course)
Band Camp

Where: Wakefield High School
When: July 20-23, 2026 8am - 5pm
July 27-30, 2026 8:30am - 8:30pm
Students pack lunch, snacks and water bottle
Dress for outside (sunscreen, bug spray, sturdy shoes, sun hat)
Part of the day is inside, part of the day is outside on football field
Band members start learning the music for football games and competitions.
